At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects and lighting components. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Components
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all fragile glass shades or delicate brass fittings are properly cushioned.
Ship the Package
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for resale quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
